PhotoRescue Expert is a program that will quickly, easily and absolutely reliably recover seemingly forever lost data from all types of digital camera flash cards (Compact Flash I, II, MMC, SD, MemoryStick, Microdrive, XD and others). PhotoRescue displays thumbnails of the photos to be recovered on the screen, thus ensuring that what you see is what you get.
PhotoRescue will recover the photo if the card is readable, but of course it cannot help if the card is physically broken. If you are using a device which is not detected by your computer as a logical drive (e.g. a Canon camera), then a card reader is needed.
