PicPick

PicPick is a free graphics editor with a simple user interface and a set of various useful graphics tools. In addition to image editing functions, the program also has a screen capture function, i.e. creating screenshots.

PicPick has a simple, intuitive user interface designed in the ribbon style of Microsoft products. It gives you quick and easy access to all the basic tools of the program. With these tools you can create and edit various shapes, arrows and lines, add text (with the ability to overlay text on a curve), apply artistic effects and apply watermarks.

Using PicPick tools, you can create simple diagrams, charts, plans, and more. Or you can use them to make annotative notes and add comments to images (alternatively, to screenshots created by the same editor), to mark important places and paint over the unnecessary ones, and so on.

As for screenshots, PicPick is not inferior to other specialized tools. The program is capable of taking pictures of the whole screen, an active window, a selected rectangular or arbitrary area, and even large scrolling windows. The screenshot can be saved "as is" or immediately corrected in the editor.

PicPick also includes a versatile set of graphical tools with which you can measure objects on your computer screen with a virtual ruler, take a color sample from any part of the screen, work with a color palette, measure angles with a protractor, and draw over your desktop in real time.
