Mikhas this program is very often helpful in disputes with the provider!!! Do the measurement of ping saves the result, and with it you can complain about the provider of non-compliance with the terms of the contract!!! Or at least when you apply for FAQ in World of Tanks!!! They require the result of this program necessarily!!!))
