A program that helps you record the process of playing computer games by capturing video from the screen. It is optimized for use on multi-core processors, allowing you to record Ultra HD video.
PlayClaw has frame compression feature using H.264/AVC codec and Intel QuickSync hardware acceleration, providing high FPS even at 1080p frames.
For the convenience of recording, PlayClaw allows you to install various overlays on top of your games. They will display the temperature and load level of the processor and graphics gas pedal, FPS, recording timer, or Teamspeak 3 window. A nice feature is that the program allows you to create your own overlays to any user with minimal programming skills.
In addition, PlayClaw allows you to capture video with sound, allowing you to record sounds from up to 16 sources simultaneously. The program can merge the resulting sound tracks into one or save them separately from the video into a wave file.
Please note that although PlayClaw is compatible with anti-cheats such as Valve Anti-Cheat and Punkbuster, excessive use of overlays can raise suspicion of cheats by game server administrators.
