I paid for the license, but I still haven't got the key. Tech support is silent. Looks like the guys are just collecting money

The PROtector firewall itself seemed to handle its functions well during the whole test period. I decided to buy a license for a year. I paid 300 rubles via Sberbank online, but I still did not get the key. All attempts to contact tech support did not lead to anything. Seems to have uninstalled without any problems. Whether it mucked up while uninstalling has not yet noticed.
