PureBasic is a dialect of the BASIC language and a commercial compiler for it. Designed to create cross-platform applications for AmigaOS, Linux, Microsoft Windows, Windows NT and Mac OS X. It has over 1100 built-in (many cross-platform) commands, and direct access to AmigaOS, Microsoft Windows, Linux or Mac OS X APIs. Contains several dozen general-purpose built-in libraries.
