QuiteRSS has a built-in web-browser based on Webkit engine, can play video and turn on/off images in the news. You can use filters to filter out new, read or unread news. You can also create your own filters and mark news with colored labels. QuiteRSS has a user-friendly interface. Individual feeds or folders can be opened in tabs in a single window.
