Rander

Rander Rander is a set of computer-telephone integration (CTI) programs that allows you to combine the capabilities of the phone and computer. Rander provides control and monitoring functions of PBX Panasonic and Samsung.

Main features:

• Rander gives you full control over the status of all station lines in real time, allows operators to monitor all employee conversations
• Rander allows you to dial an internal or external caller, just by selecting his name in the phone book. You no longer need to dial by hand - now the computer can do it for you
• When you receive a call Rander finds the phone number of the caller in the phone book and shows his name on the screen. This occurs simultaneously with the receipt of the call
• Rander keeps a detailed log of calls and saves it to a common database. Users can see their calls for any period. Operators can see calls on all lines
• Rander provides quick access to custom functions of PBX Panasonic PBX - call forwarding, interception, notification and others. You do not need to memorize call codes for these functions
• Rander works on a client-server architecture, which allows you to use it simultaneously on all PCs within the local network
• Rander allows you to integrate telephony in MS Outlook
• Rander allows you to integrate telephony with any other information systems such as CRM, ERP and even your own call-centers.
• Using Rander you can build a CRM system based on "1C-Enterprise" platform
• Program works using standard TAPI protocol, no additional programming of PBX is required.
