RasterVect Free Edition is a program designed to convert raster images to vector formats like DXF, WMF, EMF, EPS or AI. It supports 4 different recognition methods (Solids, Outlines, Filled outlines and Centerlines) and retains the original image scale after conversion.
By supporting the TWAIN interface, RasterVect can work with almost any scanner connected to your computer. It has a variety of filters and effects that help enhance the quality of the vector image. The resulting vector files can be opened and edited in various CAD programs. The program also has features for text recognition, scaling, scrolling, color selection and image processing in batch mode.
