RemapKeyboard is a free portable Windows utility that lets you assign any action to any key on your keyboard.
With it you can change the function of all QWERTY keys (letters, numbers, symbols), special keys (Capslock, BackSpace, PrintScreen, etc.), numeric keys, arrows, as well as additional keys, if any. The utility allows you to either just reassign the function of the keys, for example CapsLock to put the right Shift, or assign the launch of a specific application or opening a folder to the key.
It is important to note that in order for the changes to take effect, you must log out and log in to your Windows account.
