Resource Tune is a resource editor with which you can easily russify almost all interface elements of your favorite Windows programs, as well as extract icons and other graphics from them, edit them, and then put them back.
Resource Tuner will allow you to change many of your favorite Windows programs, including Windows itself, without having to be a programmer. Windows programs store all interface elements (images, icons, texts) in the Resource section. With Resource Tuner you can now retrieve those images, replace icons, edit texts, change the font, and much more.
