SafetyJabber Lite

SafetyJabber Lite is a program that is a standard jabber client with integrated encryption. The encryption works using the OpenPGP system, which is based on PGP (Pretty Good Privacy), a library of functions that allows message encryption operations. It is an asymmetric encryption cryptosystem, that is, it uses two keys - a public key to encrypt and a private key to decrypt data. Thus, users who want to keep their correspondence secret simply exchange the public keys and send each other messages encrypted with these keys. When receiving such a message, the user uses his private (private) key to decrypt the data. The system guarantees privacy by keeping the private (private) key secret. It must be understood that you can set the length of the key yourself and fully control it. There is a "built in" mode for viewing the actions performed by the program. Consequently, you can visually see the message encryption process on your monitor. SafetyJabber uses XMPP protocol to transfer messages. For full support of the XMPP protocol, the developer has chosen the open-source agsXMPP library which is currently the most complete and stable.
