Simple Bandwidth Monitor shows a real-time graph of network connection usage on your computer.
The program monitors both outgoing and incoming traffic. In addition to the graph, it also records the maximum/minimum data transfer speed in both directions, and shows the current speed. Moreover, every 10 seconds it logs the readings. Thus, it can be used to get statistics on network activity for a day or a month.
