SlickRun is a free utility, which is a floating command line that can be used to launch programs and open web sites using short text commands.
The utility allows you to create a special phrase (a magic word) and bind it to an executable file of a specific program. For example, you can take the Outlook Express executable file (msimn.exe) and assign the short command "MAIL" (or any other) to launch the program.
And to open a website with SlickRun, you just need to write its address into the command line and it will open in the default browser.
