Snipaste

Snipaste is a quick screenshot capture program that also includes various tools for editing screenshots. You can use it to take a screenshot of the whole screen or a selected area, add explanations and comments to it, blur unnecessary areas, etc.

There is no need to install the program and after launching it, it is immediately placed in the system tray, waiting for your commands. To take a screenshot, just press the hotkey (F1 by default).

For your convenience, Snipaste detects windows and individual interface elements by itself. Unfortunately, it cannot include several different elements in one screenshot, but you can select the necessary area of the screen and make a screenshot of it and select them with the included tools.

The toolbar appears immediately after selecting an area of the screen. On it you will find tools for drawing simple shapes, lines, arrows, free lines, highlighting with color and adding text. In addition, the program can apply tessellation or blur effects, with which you can blur personal information in a screenshot or emphasize important things.

Snipaste saves the finished screenshot in PNG, JPG or BMP format. It also lets you immediately copy it to the clipboard to paste it into other applications or documents. In addition, it can fix the screenshot in a window on your desktop, which you can move and scale. The program saves the history of screenshots and allows you to organize them into groups.

All in all, it's a worthy candidate for an in-house screenshot program. It combines simplicity and ease of use with a set of tools for processing and editing them.
