When a .dll library or .exe executable is protected with special keys, .Net does not allow you to modify files. If you try to modify such a file and then run it, you get a "System.IO.FileLoadException" error.
The SNRemove utility allows you to remove the .Net security keys from the files, allowing you to make changes and use the modified files.
