Splashy is a small Windows Desktop wallpaper manager. It gives you access to a huge collection of beautiful images that you can choose, put on your Desktop and add to your Favorites.
The main window of the application is intuitive, it's easy to understand the basic functions and easy to choose the backgrounds. When you run the application for the first time, it will automatically change your Desktop background to a random one from its collection.
Unlike other wallpaper managers Splashy allows you to look through all the available pictures and choose which one to put on the background. Moreover, you can add pictures you like to your favorites for quick access in the future. They can also be downloaded to your computer in JPEG format.
You can set the application to automatically change the desktop background. However, you can not control the frequency of the change, it will be random. So you will always have a new picture waiting for you on your computer screen.
