Subtitld is an open-source subtitle editor for Windows. Allows you to write from scratch, edit and transcribe subtitles for movies and videos. Reads SRT, SSA, TTML, SBV, DFXP, VTT, XML, SCC and SAMI files and writes subtitles to the SRT file by default.

The editor has a simple interface with everything at your fingertips. It supports all common video and subtitle formats.
