swfcombine - multifunctional program for such operations with SWF as merging, overlaying, and various parameter manipulations (like resizing);
wfdump - prints detailed information and disassembled code;
swfextract - SWF extracts objects from the file: Clips, Sounds, Pictures, etc;
swfrender - render images from swf files created with pdf2swf, jpeg2swf or png2swf;
swfstrings - looks for text strings;
wav2swf - converts wav to swf.
