The Tabata timer is a program that is designed to count time intervals when performing certain exercises according to the Japanese Olympic team training system: 20 seconds training, 10 seconds rest, and so 8 rounds of one exercise. There can be many such exercises.
Written in C# (.NET Framework 3.5 and higher) for my own purposes. In addition to the standard time counts, I added three sets of my settings (For myself: 30 seconds one count and after the thirty-second count of rounds 50, i.e. for 50 minutes - due to different sounds I am guided what to do next). A stopwatch has been implemented: you can set a maximum of 60 seconds and 525600 minutes (this is a year), with zero readings of the stopwatch it counts down forever. Temporary settings are saved depending on the set you select (one of four). Clicking the "Close" button (X) minimizes the application to tray, and clicking the exit button closes the application. When you click on the tray icon, the application expands. The sounds are in order and you can throw your own into the program directory: 1.wav; 2.wav; 3.wav; 4.wav and stopwatch sound time.wav There is no need to change file names and erase them, otherwise the program will not work. The function of synchronizing the start of a workout with the beginning of a minute of system time may be useful. This is implemented for additional monitoring on the monitor of the passage of system time.
