Talisman Desktop

Talisman Desktop is a Windows program that lets you create a new interface of any complexity instead. You can create your own interface from scratch or use the hundreds of ready-made "themes" available on the Internet. The main area of Talisman's application is home and office computers. Almost every day new user-created themes appear on the web.
