TeConv The text editor TeConv with Russian-language interface is designed for complex conversion of specified files and directories in dialog and batch modes and includes context editing using templates and special characters, character encoding conversion, code case conversion, work with lists and file operations based on created lists.
The sequence of actions on files and directories can be written into a script for repeated efficient use.
Basic element of TeConv is "File editor" providing wide variety of variants of fast view and editing a file of any length in different modes (text full line, text with division into short lines, binary) and encodings (WIN1251, KOI8-R, DOS), formatting, spelling control, work with tables, printing, and also visual line and fragment comparison of files.
TeConv, in fact, is a tool-software complex with special tools for automating conversions of large collections of text files.
