THVP

THVP is a server that converts torrent video streams to http video streams.

How does the playback work?

• THVP provides an easy way for the user to play any torrent media files from the computer where it is running. You can use any player to play videos.

What players would you recommend for playback?

• For all devices - THVP Torrents utility and widget
• For computer - IP-TV Player. VLC .
• TV - SSIPTV, Peers TV, OTT Player - we don't recommend this because of the lack of auto-loading playlist.
• For Android - IPTV paired with MX Player, can be installed from Play Market
• For iOS - rIPTV can be installed through the App Store

What operating systems are supported?

• THVP is currently available for Windows users.

What types of files can be played through THVP?

• All common video files are supported.

What protocols are supported by THVP?

• THVP supports HTTP, BitTorrent (DHT is supported).

What are some possible reasons for the stream not playing?

• Rare torrents (with few peers), you may have problems with streaming video playback.
• Please make sure that your internet connection is faster than the video bitrate.
• An Internet connection below 5 mbps is not sufficient for streaming video.
• If you have a firewall, add THVP to the trusted firewalls.

How long does it take to start playing a torrent file?

• Usually it takes 10-60 seconds, but sometimes it can take up to 3 minutes.
