Todo Cloud is a cross-platform cloud-based project and task management application. It allows you to efficiently manage and track your work cases, regardless of your device or operating system.
As with many of today's apps, you need to create an account. All the information you enter will be synchronized with the cloud, and through it between all the devices on which the account will be logged in. And to ensure data privacy, all information is deleted from the local device when you sign out of the account.
Todo Cloud has a preinstalled collection of smart lists for a quick start. On its own, you can create new lists. Each list can be populated with work projects. Projects can contain tasks, subtasks, and checklists.
Tasks can have different priorities, as well as notes and attachments, phone numbers, places, links, etc. It is of course possible to put a time limit on the task, setting a start and end date, including reminders so as not to forget anything, as well as adding tags, which can be useful for searching and sorting tasks. If the work is done in a team, tasks can be distributed among different users.
