Description

Ucoder A program for quickly converting texts from Cyrillic to Unicode. The program is oriented to web site development. The program automatically replaces line feed characters with an HTML line feed tag. This is useful to convert web pages. The program does not handle non Cyrillic characters. Ucoder is very compact, with a size of 28.7 Kb. It does not require installation and does not write anything to disk or registry. The converted text is displayed in a separate window and can be copied to the clipboard.
