UltraISO

UltraISO is a multifunctional program used for operations with disk images. It solves a range of tasks: processes and deletes data from images, converts CD/DVD image formats, compresses images and splits them into parts.

Program description

Installation of Ultra Iso is not complicated and is accompanied by recommendations in Russian. No additional software is required. During installation you can choose not to use some of the options, such as associating the program with ISO files and optical drive emulation. When the installer finishes, a shortcut appears on the Desktop to launch UltraISO. The program works on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10.

The interface is structured similarly to Windows Explorer, which makes it much easier to master the program even for a novice user. Ultra Iso can take advantage of the program engine Nero Burning Rom. It also integrates with known virtual emulators such as Daemon-Tools and Alcohol 120%.

Features of UltraISO

The software product has a wide range of functionality, allowing you to:

• Create images of USB drives and hard drives.
• Create CD/DVD images with autoloading feature.
• Use images as standalone virtual disks.
• Compress images in isz format by setting degree of compression and encryption methods. This allows you to create image files that are smaller in size than the originals and therefore significantly save disk space.
• Divide the compressed image into separate volumes of a specified size.
• Work with popular formats: iso, bin, cue, nrg, mdf, mds, img, ccd, sub, ima.
• Perform actions with folders and files inside archives without first unpacking them.
• Emulate an optical drive, allowing you to use the images on a PC where a disk drive is not provided.
