Urban Terror

Urban Terror is a computer game in the first-person shooter genre. It includes most of the elements of the tactical shooter, a team game with great realism. The game is distributed for free, but (except for the engine) under a proprietary license; amateur modifications and sales are not yet allowed.

In the beginning, Urban Terror was developed as a full modification of id Software's Quake III Arena first-person shooter. Beginning with version 4.0, the modification began being distributed as a complete distribution of the game with an open source version of the Quake 3 engine, ioQuakeEngine (renamed ioquake3, distributed under an EULA), without the need to install the original Quake 3. The game was nominated by ModDB as the best game mod of 2007.

Urban Terror is originally intended solely as a multiplayer game. However, since early versions of the game, it has had bots for single-player combat. However, these bots are no longer supported and only work on some maps. Adding them from the game menu is not possible - you need to edit the configuration files of the game or every time you add bots write some commands in the console.
