Vovsoft Voice Changer

Vovsoft Voice Changer is a free program that allows you to apply special sound effects to audio recordings. A simple interface will help you to cope with the task quickly and easily. It also knows how to play records and export them to other formats.

Audio Effects Overlay

Despite its name, this program can change not only your voice, but any kind of recordings, including songs. To process a recording, add it to the program and select it. At the bottom finds a drop-down list of effects you can apply. It offers effects such as Robot, Child, Sinusoidal, etc.

If the standard Vovsoft Voice Changer effects don't give you the desired result, don't white out. In this case, use the Custom filter. It allows you to manually adjust the Rate and Tempo settings. By moving the sliders you can add the desired effect.

When you are done, the audio should be saved. The .WAV and .MP3 formats are supported.
