WikidPad is a free program written in Python that allows you to store to-do lists, contacts, notes, and other information using wiki markup.
WikidPad allows you to create links between pages. This makes it easy to create small wikis on specific topics. The content of the wiki can be exported in HTML or XML format if needed.
It supports CamelCase links. CamelCase links can be disabled either on a single page or on the wiki.
Written in Python, the program can run on several platforms (Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, ...). For Microsoft Windows, a binary build is available with Python already included. It is portable software and can be put on removable media with the wiki itself and run entirely freely from it.
It has a well-developed and documented API which allows creating various plugins (in Python); in particular, there are already plugins which allow sorting scheduled tasks and make it easier to use WikidPad with GTD methodology.
