WindowsSpyBlocker

WindowsSpyBlocker is an open-source firewall rule set that protects the user from collecting telemetry data and blocks spyware functions in the operating system.

It uses several tools to intercept and document traffic.

The user has three main tools

1. Firewall. Add or remove rules and manage IP addresses.
2. NCSI. Applying alternative NCSIs and testing Internet connectivity.
3. Dev. Several tools used by WindowsSpyBlocker, including Wireshark, Sysmon, and Proxifier.

Each of the three categories includes several subcategories with current settings, for testing settings, applying WindowsSpyBlocker settings, and documenting. There are separate rule sets for Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.
