WinTuning 7 is a program that allows you to configure the booting/resume settings of your computer, hardware, speed up your Internet connection, edit the hidden settings of the main elements of Windows 7: desktop, context menus, explorer, taskbar, start menu, windows.
The program includes utilities for quickly renaming files by mask, checking disks, automatically shutting down the computer after a specified period of time, editing the OS selection screen, removing unnecessary programs and junk files, monitoring memory and clipboard, getting system information, checking updates for installed programs and getting access to numerous built-in Windows 7 utilities. There are text prompts for all of the settings, and for some there is also a picture that allows you to see the enabled setting in action.
A hard disk cleanup utility for junk files (browser cache, logs, recent document shortcuts, temporary files, etc.) allows you to free up extra space on your hard disk. In the "Autorun Editor" utility you can safely (recoverable) disable unnecessary programs that can slow down Windows 7 startup. The program contains a database of utilities built into Windows 7, with a detailed description of them and the possibility to run them from a single shell (in total there are about 80 Windows 7 utilities in the database).
