WuMgr (Update Manager for Windows) is a free and open-source program designed to manage Windows updates. It uses the Windows Update Agent API to do this.
It brings back control over the system update process that was almost completely lost to Windows 10 users. Thanks to this utility, users can now decide for themselves which updates to install and when.
WuMgr can automatically download wsusscn2.cab to search for updates offline, manually download the updates found to disk. It also allows you to block automatic updates in Pro/Home versions of Windows 10, and hides the updates section in the system settings when automatic updates are disabled.
