YGS Virtual Piano

YGS Virtual Piano "Virtual Piano" will be useful to the musician in a variety of situations (for example, tuning a musical instrument by ear, figuring out the tonality of the music you hear, sounding out music lessons, picking up chords by ear, etc.). This program along with a video projector will make it possible to effectively explain something to a large audience of music school, college, and conservatory students. The program allows you to create and store as files a collection of your favorite tones based on the capabilities of your sound card midi synthesizer. Each tone can be a set of one or more different volumes and transposition (from 1 to 16 midi channels can be used in total). The possibility to play in the sway mode and immediately mute all sounds. "Virtual Piano" together with the external midi keyboard acts as a software sound module. The program is absolutely free for today. In future versions, more complex tone control, the division of the keyboard into zones, controlling the dynamic characteristics of the different layers of sound, etc. are planned. When developing the program, special features of playing with the mouse on a virtual keyboard in the program window were taken into account.
