Zero Assumption Recovery

Zero Assumption Recovery Data recovery tool with support for long and Russian file names. Built-in NTFS compression is supported. ZAR recovers FAT and NTFS partitions, including those on RAID0 or RAID5 hardware. There is a mode for recovery of digital photos and automatic search for lost partitions. Zero Assumption Recovery works in read-only mode and does not make any changes to the damaged volume. This avoids the risk of further damage to the volume during recovery. This approach requires an additional medium to which the recovered data is saved (usually a second hard drive).
