AndroidTether Lite A small program that helps you use your mobile device as an access point to the Internet from your desktop computer when connected via USB. The program supports working with computers on 32 and 64-bit Windows. The program does not require superuser privileges, but you need to enable USB debugging mode in Menu->Applications->Developers->USB Debugging.
