Barnacle Wifi Tether is a program for rooted Android mobile devices that allows you to quickly turn your smartphone into a wireless Wi-Fi hotspot.
With Barnacle Wifi Tether you will be able to use your mobile device as a router and give out Wi-Fi wherever and whenever you want. At that, the program supports both 3G and 2G networks. You can connect to the created network other Android and iOS mobile devices as well as PCs and even Xbox gaming consoles. By default, the name of the network is "barnacle", but you can change it manually.
