The Vibrometer app uses built-in sensors to measure phone vibration or an earthquake, and displays earthquake references.
The measured values are modified Mercalli Intensity Scale (MMI) values. If this is inaccurate, you can calibrate it for yourself, so that the maximum value is about 10-11.
