iPhone 4 was the best gadget of the decade

The end of the year is approaching. It's time to take stock of 2019. But the popular publication The Verge has gone further. It assessed the entire decade (which began in 2010).

The Verge named the top 100 gadgets released over that span. Who's in the top 20? The list turned out to be interesting, especially the leader. At the top of the pedestal is the iPhone 4 smartphone.

Why the iPhone 4? To journalists it seemed the most beautiful phone of the era. The competitors' phones imitated it. Also the device was remembered for the first Retina display and front-facing camera.
