The manufacturer assures that the color rendering of the new smartphones is 60% better than last year's flagship. The new smartphones are based on the first 7-nanometer single-core system from Apple - A12 Bionic, which has six processing cores and quad-core graphics. If you believe Apple's statement, the novelty is 15% faster, but 40% more economical and is able to provide 50% more performance in games. The smartphones also got a dual main camera, consisting of a wide-angle and telephoto lenses, with 12 MP each. The front camera was a little more modest and boasts only 7 megapixels.In addition, both smartphones received water and dust protection at IP68, which means that the iPhone XS and XS Max can withstand submersion to a depth of 2 meters for up to 30 minutes. But given the cost of the devices, testing these characteristics in practice is an extremely dubious venture. Also, the devices received support for improved Face ID facial recognition technology, which has become even faster. Another new product introduced this year was the "budget" smartphone iPhone XR, which is the successor to the iPhone 8. Its main difference from Apple's more expensive 2018 models is the display. The iPhone XR boasts a 6.1-inch LCD Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 1792 x 828 and a density of 326 pixels per inch. In addition, the main camera of the smartphone is single. It uses the same 12 megapixel wide-angle lens. The front camera is the same as the older brothers and has a resolution of 7 megapixels. Of course, the smartphone is not deprived of Face ID facial recognition support.Despite the lower cost, the iPhone XR has the same stuffing as the iPhone XS and XS Max. Its hardware base was the same 7-nanometer processor A12 Bionic, which can not but rejoice. But the protection against water and dust here is more modest: it corresponds to the level of IP67 and allows immersion to a depth of 1 meter, lasting no more than 30 minutes. All models of iPhone 2018 got gigabit LTE and two SIM-cards. However, it is worth mentioning that the "honest" dual-SIM iPhone, as expected, will only be available in China. In the rest of the world, instead of a second SIM card, eSIM, which is built into the smartphone, will be used. As you know, this standard is not available in Russia.iPhone XS and XS Max devices are presented in variants with 64, 256 and for the first time with 512 GB of memory on board. Smartphones are offered in three color options: gold, "gray space" and silver. The cost of the devices starts from $999 for the iPhone XS and from $1099 for the iPhone XS Max. As for the younger model, the iPhone XR will be available with 64, 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, in six color options: white, black, blue, yellow, coral, as well as in the branded (PRODUCT)RED. The cost of the most affordable iPhone 2018 starts at $749. Pre-orders for the iPhone XS and XS Max will start as early as September 14, and sales will begin on September 21. Those who wish to purchase the iPhone XR will have to wait longer. The smartphone will be available for pre-order on October 19, and it will go on sale on October 26.
