Lenovo unveiled the world's first flexible tablet

We have already seen foldable smartphones. What's so amazing about them? Many have even purchased such devices. The high price did not stop enthusiasts. However, Lenovo has gone further.

The company has created a "tablet" with a flexible screen. At the same time, Lenovo positions the novelty as a portable PC. The gadget is called ThinkPad X1 Fold. It made its debut on the eve of the CES 2020 exhibition in Las Vegas.

How is the product interesting? There is a 13.3-inch OLED touch screen. Its resolution is 2048 by 1536 pixels. When unfolded, it looks like a tablet.

There are also "desktop" and "laptop" modes. The latter is available to connect a Bluetooth keyboard Mini Fold. How said looks - you can understand from the images.

Stylus support is claimed. In addition, the kit includes a case with a hinged stand. The ThinkPad X1 Fold is comfortable to use. The OS is Windows 10 Pro. It is possible that in the future there will be a version with Windows 10X.

You won't have to worry about performance. Lenovo informs about 8 GB of RAM and an Intel Core processor. The exact model is not specified. For storage, a 1TB SSD (in the top configuration) is used.

The ThinkPad X1 Fold weighs less than a kilogram. This was achieved by using carbon fiber and light alloys. The estimated price is $2499.
