Pokemon Go is finally officially available in Russia

Finally, something happened that many gamers have been waiting for... two years ago. Niantic has officially released the mobile game Pokemon Go in Russia.Despite the fact that nothing prevented Russian players to be smart and install Pokemon Go on their gadgets before, the official application stores for Android and iOS the game became available only now. At the same time, the company Niantic did not notify the players about the game's availability in our country. Instead, Russian users received the appropriate notification from third-party services. Recall that the release of Pokemon Go took place in the summer of 2016. Initially, the game was only available in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Then, it was launched in more than a hundred other countries, but Russia was not on this list so far. Nevertheless, many of our compatriots have been playing "Pokemon" for two years. To do so, it was only necessary to download the installation file of the game from a third-party site, if we are talking about Android devices, or, for iOS-gadgets, create a new Apple ID, corresponding to the country where Pokemon GO is already available. Thus, many players from Russia are already bored with the game. Whether the official launch will cause a new surge in popularity of the game in our country - time will tell.
