Let's start with the younger Huawei P40. In general - the specs it has impressive. There is a 6.1-inch screen with a built-in fingerprint scanner. The pixel density is 422 ppi, and the resolution is 1080 by 2340 pixels.

Another feature of the novelty is support for 5G. Soon there will be more such networks. You can forget about slow loading pages. There are no problems with performance thanks to the Kirin 990 5G processor. It is complemented by Mali-G76 graphics.

Huawei P40 takes great pictures. The rear camera is triple: 50 MP + 16 MP + 8 MP. The main sensor pleases with the proprietary autofocus Octa PD. It is surprisingly fast. The digital zoom is thirty times, the optical is three times.

In addition, Huawei did not skimp on the front lens. You won't have to complain about bad self-portraits. This is guaranteed by 2 modules: 32 MP + infrared. They are hidden in the oval cutout.

How are things with memory? There is 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage. Storage is expandable with proprietary NM cards. There's also a 3,800mAh battery.

The Huawei P40 offers 22.5W of charging power. Wireless is also available. As for moisture protection, it is minimal. We are talking about the IP53 standard. Do you want better? Consider the Huawei P40 Pro and Huawei P40 Pro+.

A nice bonus: Wi-Fi 6 Plus. Plus great navigation - GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and BeiDou. The body of the gadget is covered with unusual glass. It does not stain - due to the silky structure.

The headphones are connected via USB Type C. Separate talk deserves an operating system. Android 10 with the EMUI 10.1 shell acts in this role. Google services are absent - because of sanctions. Instead there are analogues from Huawei.

A striking example of this is Huawei Pay contactless payments. They work in Russia. If we talk about the price, Huawei P40 is priced at 50,000 rubles. Acceptance of pre-orders will start on April 2 (with a gift in the form of headphones FreeBuds 3).
