Control

Release Date: August 27

The game Control is an experiment of Finnish studio Remedy. The company is responsible for Max Payne, Quantum Break and Alan Wake.

The story of Control reminds the scenario of action movie of the early nineties: the main character Jessie Feydens becomes the head of Federal Control Bureau unexpectedly for herself (and it is unknown whom or what this organization controls). In the meantime, the Bureau's headquarters is in chaos: the building is constantly changing structure, it is regularly attacked by aliens and supernatural things happen.

The heroine's task is to bring some order to the place. The gameplay is based on an unusual architecture of levels in combination with an unusual system of leveling - Remedy made a bet on the special abilities not only of the heroine, but also of her weapon - it changes its shape and properties depending on the situation.

The Last of Us: Part II

Unknown release date

Once again, Sony! For almost 6 years the company has been keeping the players waiting for the continuation of one of the best zombie action games. It's possible that the release is delayed even for 2020, but it can't be ruled out that the sequel The Last of Us will be released this year, to push the sales of PS4 again before the next console generation.

The main feature of the second part - now you will be playing not for Joel, but for mature Ellie.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

Release Date: October 25th

Do you think it is a sequel of famous franchise? No! This is a full-fledged reboot of the story about Captain Price and his comrades. In the new Modern Warfare you will find yourself on the modern battlefield, become more vulnerable and experience the hardships of being a fighter against terrorists in our world.

The developers from Infinity Ward told about the future game's provocative storyline: the main character will always have to make a difficult moral choice. If MW2 had one No Russian mission, in which it was necessary to shoot peaceful tourists at the airport, then in the game of 2019 all the missions will raise the issue of morality. In terms of plot, this part will not take into account the events of the previous ones, and we will meet familiar characters again, such as Sergeant John 'Soap' McTavish.
