Representatives of Uber confirmed the information that some drivers and passengers are experiencing difficulties with the service. In Gett reported that users were unable to call a car on Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, but at the same time assured that the support service had not received any complaints. Representatives of Yandex.Taxi also confirmed the difficulties in the work that arose as a result of the failure of MegaFon and announced the temporary cancellation of the minimum cost of the trip. This allowed passengers to avoid costs arising from the cancellation of a trip or the long waiting time for the driver at the boarding point.
