ABViewer

ABViewer is a single tool for viewing, editing and converting files. It supports more than 50 raster and vector formats, including AutoCAD DWG and DXF of all versions, DWF, PLT, TIFF, CGM, SVG, IGES, STEP, STL, BMP, JPG, GIF, and many others.
