AKVIS SmartMask

AKVIS SmartMask is a handy and effective program for separating objects of any complexity from the background. You can use it with just a few mouse clicks to create a mask to highlight a part of a photo or an object. AKVIS SmartMask can be used as a standalone application or as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop, Corel PaintShop Photo Pro and others.

AKVIS SmartMask does not require any special selection accuracy. You can sketch areas or colors that you want to keep and colors that you want to remove. After that the program will automatically create a selection based on the parameters you set. With AKVIS SmartMask you can quickly and easily select an object of any complexity from the background - even hair and fur.

For the best result AKVIS SmartMask has three modes of smoothing the edges of the selection:

- Sharp edges - for working with contrasting images;

- Soft edges - for selecting objects with soft or semi-transparent edges;

- Complex edges - for selecting complex objects (hair, glass vessels, etc.).
