Altarsoft Photo Editor

Altarsoft Photo Editor is a graphic editor with the ability to capture an image on the screen. It supports layers, application of various filters. Allows you to draw basic graphic primitives: lines, rectangles, ellipses. Editing options allow you to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, remove red-eye effect. You can change the size of the image and canvas. The screen capture function, allows you to take screenshots of the entire screen, the active application or region.

You can add various effects (filters) to the image, such as blur, sharpness, color filters and more (about 40 kinds). Different ways of selecting part of the image are available: rectangular, circle, polygon, magic wand, lasso. The program has three additional windows: preview, color, layers. The preview window shows a reduced copy of the image. Here you can also control the scale of the main image. In the color window you can choose the color of the brush and the background. In the layers window you can select layers and control their transparency.
