AppLocale is a free program from Microsoft for everyone who uses old software that does not support Unicode or lovers of Asian games that can display meaningless character sets instead of text.
This utility will be useful for those who have trouble with displaying characters in various games or programs. It is mostly for old products that do not have Unicode support. What AppLocale does is to simulate the change of the system language to the default one supported by the application being run. Normally, changing the system language would require restarting the computer, but AppLocale avoids this inconvenience.
Despite the fact that the utility is developed by Microsoft, it does not support all versions of the Windows operating system. So, unfortunately, AppLocale is not designed for Windows 10.
