AppTask

AppTask is a project management service with integrated time management functionality - a time tracker synchronized with the worksheets. It is a publication of the StartupPack community. Solves several problems at once - effective project management, proper allocation of company resources, control over employees' performance, and reduction of project implementation timeframes.

• Allows to use Agile-methodology:
  1. Kanban board, with the ability to track the planned and actual time of the task, division of work into stages, distribution of roles of task participants, making a list of tasks within the task, attaching various files, creating comments and viewing the history of progress / change of the task;
  2. Implementation of the SCRUM approach.
  3. Gantt chart that allows you to visualize and structure project tasks over time.
• The reporting system, which is a complex of statistics, both on the time spent on projects/tasks by employees, with a variety of filters, and tracking of financial costs for the project as a whole or for individual tasks, also with a variety of samples and filters. The reporting system also allows you to control the costs of the project and its individual tasks.
• The employee work monitoring system allows you to view screenshots of employees' desktops, track activity, the time spent by a specific employee on a selected task, track the company's costs for the current task at a moment in time
