Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager is an information system designed to automate the operation of delivery services: pizzerias, sushi bars, water and flower delivery, online stores, transport companies, etc. The system consists of two programs serving specific purposes and performing different tasks:

1. "Operator" - a workplace of the operator, serves for registration of orders and control over their execution, as well as for receiving goods to the warehouse and writing off spoiled products.
2. "Administrator" - the workplace of the administrator, serves to keep track of goods in the warehouse, control cash flow, reporting on revenues and customer base management.

Goals and objectives of the automated workstations of the system

Delivery of the "Operator" configuration

• receiving and printing out orders;
• operational information about customers, discounts and availability of products in stock;
• account of receipt and expenditure of products;
• order status management (waiting, delivery, etc.).

Delivery of the "Administrator" configuration

• accounting in the warehouse and the creation of a menu or list of products - carrying out inventory;
• customer base management;
• setting up a system of discounts;
• calculation of revenues, expenses, marginal profit;
• statistics on consumption of products (identification of the most popular)-statistics on clients (activity of clients, their expenses);
• export of cash flow and customer data to Excel.

• The program can be configured for one or several operator's workplaces with different degrees of responsibility that determine the available tools and the amount of data to be processed;
• The configuration is easy to handle and contains all the functions necessary for the operator's work;
